This incumbent Plant Manager will be responsible for the oversight of P&L, safety, quality, and overall operations of this facility. This plant runs a stable injection molding operation serving a diverse OEM client base, and it is one of the company’s most profitable facilities. Our client requires someone with proven success leading a production operation while building strong lines of communication and relationships with the sales force. This position does not require heavy travel. The position is located in the Greater Denver Area, CO and relocation assistance is available.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Injection Molding Product Experience
– Thixomolding Experience
– Experience Running A Multi-Million Dollar P &L
– Manufacturing Experience Supplying the Auto Market
