On October 20, 1987, Rowland Mountain & Associates was incorporated. Today, we celebrate 39 years in business—and the people who have made those years meaningful.

In recruiting and search, we have the privilege of helping shape two futures at once: a company’s and a person’s. A conversation can become a career opportunity. A thoughtful introduction can become a lasting partnership. The right hire can change the direction of a business.

After 39 years in this profession, we still find that work deeply rewarding.
To our clients: thank you for trusting us with decisions that matter to your business.

To the candidates we’ve worked with: thank you for sharing your ambitions, your concerns, and your trust as you consider what comes next.

And to the RMA team, past and present: thank you for the care, persistence, and integrity you’ve brought to this work.

Thirty-nine years brings plenty of change. But listening closely, keeping our word, and caring about the people behind every search remain at the heart of what we do.

We are proud of our history and grateful to everyone who has been part of it.

Happy 39th birthday, Rowland Mountain & Associates! Here’s to the relationships and opportunities still ahead.
