Our client is an OEM that is a leader in the food processing industry, focusing on specific processing machinery. This company caters specifically to each of their clients, providing customer oriented unique solutions. They are looking for a candidate to fill their Vice President of Finance role to be responsible for the company’s transaction execution, control and reporting procedures, budget management, tax matters, facilities infrastructure and adherence to the company’s financial strategies as set by the Board of Directors and Operating Committee. The incumbent will report directly and advise the CEO on financial, business, organizational, administrative/infrastructure and a wide array of tactical/strategic issues.
Potential candidates must posses: a Bachelors Degree (with Master’s or CPA preferred), 10+ years experience in finance/account, a basic understanding of manufacturing OEM’s, and the willingness to be in a reasonable distance from its location in Colorado.
Ideal candidates will have multiple P&L experience, be a hands-on leader, and possess strong communication skills.
