Our client is a privately held leader in injection molding and thermoset products. They have been growing for over six decades and has great potential for future growth through acquisition and partners.
This position is for one of three divisions in the company located in Florence, KY. The role requires a hands-on sales leader who can organize sales leaders while managing personal clients. They must have experience selling injection molding products directly to OEM’s at high volumes and be willing to commit to about 50% travel.
Ideal candidates will be willing to hunt new business, possess a strong board presence, and is a strong leader.
