What is your favorite thing about recruiting?Jessica enjoys coming across a candidate whose needs match our client’s needs.  She loves being able to ask the right questions to help a candidate realize what’s really important to them and how they can be proactive in achieving that.
What are your favorite jobs to recruit for? Jessica loves recruiting for technical sales roles.
What have you gained from working at Rowland Mountain? Jessica has gained a good understanding of business and industry.
What do you enjoy doing during your free time? Jessica loves tennis, hiking, and sports in general!  She also has recently learned how to play chess.
Interesting/fun fact about yourself: Jessica spent 5 months traveling the world last year!
