Our Client is a privately held, growing chemical manufacturer, seeking to add a Director of Manufacturing to bring the company strongly into the future. Through a strong relationship with customers, our client is able to provide innovate and cutting edge products to an industrial market.
The objective of this role is to serve as a liaison between manufacturing and other departments to ensure safe, and efficient product production; as well as to provide leadership over the entirety of the manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity to be directly involved in company management team, as well as to have a hand in the continual growth of the business. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership skills, multiple years of chemical production experience, and a positive, self-starting approach.
