Warranty Sales Company in Building Products Seeks Territory Manager

Our client is an industry leader that sells warranty programs to local and regional residential home builders. This privately held business is the only one of its kind backed by a national 3rd party insurance organization. After running a lean organization through the last 4 years, this company is in growth mode and is eager to bring aboard the next generation of talent.
Responsibilities

  • Developing the Atlanta territory by both calling and meeting face to face with prospective clients, ranging from small local home builders to large regional organizations.
  • 40% of their time in the office prospecting and developing opportunities and the remainder of their time in the field with customers.
  • Travel in this role will primarily be local the Metro Atlanta area, although occasional out of travel town will be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years Experience in B2B Outside Sales
  • Service Sales a Plus
  • Track Record of Success Hunting New Business
  • Strong Networking Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
