They have been in business for more than 60 years continuously operating under the same innovative and progressive mind-frame as they do today.  Now they operate over 50 manufacturing plants located on five continents and sell their products in more than 200 countries. 

Responsibilties

• Defining market opportunities and industry needs, performing analysis of pricing, margins, costs and capabilities analysis, and developing/leading strategic follow through.
• Drive product line growth, profitability, and stewardship.
• Accountable for the development of a customer cost-to-product line, as well as, aligning engineering and OPS capabilities and managing new product launches.
• Responsible for our client’s substation equipment product line.
• Directly involved in all profitability activities including cost and price analysis.
• Assessing the market and finding strategic marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Business Area  (MBA Preferred)
• Minimum Five Years of  Experience in a Management Position
• Extensive Experience in Cross Functional Leadership
