Simplifying All The Opinions About Interview Questions

Let’s be honest– There are so many passionate opinions about effective interview questions that it is overwhelming to decide which route to go when conducing an interview.  Todd Raphael, of, summarizes what Mark Murphy believes are two loosely grouped categories of questions to ask in an interview.  Of these two types, one type determines which candidate is the best and the second type determines the potential of a candidate– how easily they can catch on/improve.
