Responsibilities

• Spearhead research aspect of recruiting involving candidate identification and research potential clients
• Evaluate candidate experience and performance relative to search assignment specifications.
• Prepare accurate and detailed candidate profiles.
• Conduct reference checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Social Media Knowledge
• Great Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Previous Research Experience a Plus
