Rowland, Mountain & Associates is searching for our next Sales Intern! The RMA Sales intern will gain a well-rounded range of responsibilities, focusing on recruiting sales, marketing and social media upkeep. In addition, the next Sales Intern will be involved in multiple aspects of improving Rowland Mountain’s recruiting search process and results. The Marketing Intern will spearhead the research aspect of recruiting.  This includes, but is not limited to:

Email marketing campaigns

Creating Job presentations

Research of companies to recruit from and/or potential clients

Candidate identification

Maximizing individual and team contribution to Rowland Mountain & Associates mission

This entry-level position begins as a paid internship, but boasts great opportunity in quick progression with the company.

Compensation

This is a paid internship with an hourly wage structure.  The hourly amount is commensurate with educational experience.  Interns also have the potential to earn bonuses with successful placements of candidates identified.
