The Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and strategic development for current products as well as R&D projects. The incumbent will be responsible for positioning the product relative to the competition, price management, promotions, and distribution. Ultimately, they must coordinate cross functional teams and implement strategy in order to assure profit goals are met. This position is headquartered in Minnesota with a need for about 75% travel the first year with significantly less afterwards.
Candidates must possess:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Business, or Related
• 8+ Years Progressive Experience in Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or Sales Functions
• 2+ Years as a Business or Sales Manager
• Proven Ability to Lead Group of People Successfully
