Our client is the leading manufacturer of paper and plastic packaging products. They are seeking a Plant Manager for their Las Vegas location. Over the past 50+ years of providing services, this company has been able to enjoy significant growth and their products have become a staple for numerous applications.
The incumbent Plant Manager will have the primary responsibility of planning, guiding, and directing the plant operations to achieve plant objectives for safety, quality, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction. They will be the primary person in charge to oversee safety and quality of the operations within this injection molding facility.
Candidates must posses:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Six Sigma Certification
• 10+ Years Manufacturing Experience
• Demonstrated Performance in Lean Manufacturing
• Extensive Experience in Plastics Injection Molding
• Willingness to Relocate Near Las Vegas, Nevada (Relocation Package Available)
