Calling on architectural firms to increase the spec rates of building product solutions.
Time will be divided between teaching technical aspects of products to independent reps and architects, networking and client entertaining events, while working alongside independent reps within the region serving as a subject matter expert on sales calls.
Attend trade shows for the three organizations that are part of professional audience: Building Enclosure Council, American Institute of Architects, and Construction Specifiers Institute.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all product groups.
Report through the marketing department but rely on sales skills to support reps and increase market share in having products specified.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ Years Relevant/ Architectural Experience
- Commercial Construction Materials Experience
- Strong Sense of Team
