Responsibilities

• Calling on architectural firms to increase the spec rates of building product solutions.

• Time will be divided between teaching technical aspects of products to independent reps and architects, networking and client entertaining events, while working alongside independent reps within the region serving as a subject matter expert on sales calls.

• Attend trade shows for the three organizations that are part of professional audience: Building Enclosure Council, American Institute of Architects, and Construction Specifiers Institute.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all product groups.

• Report through the marketing department but rely on sales skills to support reps and increase market share in having products specified.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ Years Relevant/ Architectural Experience
• Commercial Construction Materials Experience
• Strong Sense of Team
