- Manage the daily operations of the department
- Order entry, sourcing
- Product quotations
- Order follow-up
- Reviewing/resolving customer concerns
- Direct management of department employees.
- Creating and defining and effective workflow so ensure all tasks and department objectives are fulfilled.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent Work Experience)
- 5+ Years Sales Experience in Customer Service
- 3+ Years in a Leadership Position
- Excellent Communication Skills- Written and Verbal
