Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the department
• Order entry, sourcing
• Product quotations
• Order follow-up
• Reviewing/resolving customer concerns
• Direct management of department employees.
• Creating and defining and effective workflow so ensure all tasks and department objectives are fulfilled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent Work Experience)
• 5+ Years Sales Experience in Customer Service
• 3+ Years in a Leadership Position
• Excellent Communication Skills- Written and Verbal
