The Controller is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operations and profitability of the site while maintaining outstanding internal and external customer services. Individual is also expected to prepare and analyze the plant’s financial strategic plan, annual operating plan, and development of control procedures regarding financial and operational controls of the business unit. The opportunity is located in Mansfield, Texas.

Ideal candidates will need to utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and relate to a wide variety of people. There is a strong teamwork aspect of this position, and the incumbent must be able to effectively and productively lead, support, and facilitate growth and development of team members.

Candidates Must Possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• CPA (preferred)

• 7+ Years’ Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

• Working Knowledge of Accounting Software (preferably IFS)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

• Public Accounting Experience
