Global Building Products Manufacturer Seeking National Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of Metal Wall Systems sales strategies and tactics.
  • 10 direct reports which include Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers and the Inside Sales team as well as several more indirect reports.
  • Developing sales strategies and promotions as well as traveling to meet with contractors and corporate events.
  • Travel around 40% to regional meetings, customer meetings and corporate functions.
  • Leading the business’ contractor and specifier/specification development initiatives as well.
  • Must live in the Minneapolis area or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

  • Exterior Building Solutions Experience; Specifically
  • Curtain Wall or Glass Glazing
  • Experience Managing A Sales Force Including Independent Sales Representatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required/MBA Preferred
  • Must Be Passionate About Sales
