- Leading the development and implementation of Metal Wall Systems sales strategies and tactics.
- 10 direct reports which include Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers and the Inside Sales team as well as several more indirect reports.
- Developing sales strategies and promotions as well as traveling to meet with contractors and corporate events.
- Travel around 40% to regional meetings, customer meetings and corporate functions.
- Leading the business’ contractor and specifier/specification development initiatives as well.
- Must live in the Minneapolis area or be willing to relocate.
- Exterior Building Solutions Experience; Specifically
- Curtain Wall or Glass Glazing
- Experience Managing A Sales Force Including Independent Sales Representatives
- Bachelor’s Degree Required/MBA Preferred
- Must Be Passionate About Sales
