A Tennessee-based chemical plant is looking for new leadership to revive a sleepy production line.  The successful candidate will have a degree in chemistry (engineering or otherwise) and 15+ years of progressive chemical plant experience, with at least 5 of those years in a plant manager, or similar, role.  Specifically, we are trying to find individuals who have prior experience turning around a plant, working with union employees, and increasing production and quality while decreasing accidents.  If interested, please contact Megan Milligan @ (404) 327-5207, or by email @ mmilligan@www.rmasales.com.
