A leading engineered valve manufacturer is looking for mechanical engineers to fill two open positions in outside sales.
The first position involves managing accounts across the Midwest and parts of the south, maintaining relationships with power plant EPC’s.  An experienced project engineer with valve knowledge is preferred for this role, although a candidate with a mechanical engineering degree and at least 5 years of valve sales experience will be considered.  This role involves a significant level of travel (~26 weeks in a year) and autonomy, and as such, requires a high degree of self-discipline and responsibility.
The second position involves hunting new business in a northeastern territory, establishing new service and resupply relationships with prospective clients.  The most successful candidate will be relatively green (0-5 years of experience), have a mechanical engineering degree, and an aggressive sales mentality.  However, other educational backgrounds will be considered if the personality fits.
