Our client is an $800M Tier I automotive component manufacturing supplier to some of the largest automobile OEMs in the United States and around the world.  They are actively seeking a Manufacturing Manager for their Alabama location.  The incumbent manufacturing manager will have responsibility of managing 12 direct reports in running and improving manufacturing processes for both assembly and machining operations, providing technical guidance to engineers and operators, collaborating with upper level and executive management in implementing new production lines within existing facilities, and budgeting.  Ideal candidates will possess a mechanical engineering degree (required), 12+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing facility, 5+ years of engineering management experience leading an engineering team to improve automotive chassis manufacturing processes, Six Sigma certification is a plus, and have verifiable work and education experience.  If interested in this opportunity, please contact Dan Barna at 404-327-5205 or dbarna@www.rmasales.com.
