This position has overall responsibility for driving revenue growth through growing distributor relationships, providing leadership for independent rep network, and educating A&E firms, clients, and partners on product performance. You will cultivate relationships by calling directly on distributors and specifiers, along with visiting job sites and facilitating educational presentations and meetings. The position requires 50%+/- regional travel.
This performance based compensation plan includes a competitive base salary with a commission plan; car allowance; home office expenses including cell phone and lap top; corporate benefits package.
