Branch Manager/GM to be responsible for a $30MM P/L and large team (70+). This person will spend the majority of their time in the day to day management of the branch and working with their three direct reports to plan, develop and execute organization objectives. Objectives such as customer service, cost reduction, cost controls and workplace safety will fall into the Branch Managers realm of responsibility.
Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast-paced culture and have a proven track record of growing a business. This person should be a team player who has experience in turnaround management. This position is highly autonomous. It is in the structure of a corporate environment with an entrepreneurial feel.
