Responsibilities

Establish and direct the overall product strategy, including key items of differentiation, channels of distribution and pricing. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of strategy with the marketing department and throughout the division, in order to assure sales volumes, market share and profit goals are met.

Strategic Product Planning, New Product Development, Product Promotion & Training, Product & Pricing Management

Requirements

• 8+ Years Marketing or Sales Experience in Building Products Industry

• 2+ Years Management Experience

• Proven Track Record of Stage Gate Experience

• Experience Working for Commercial Manufacturing Company (Building Products Preferred)

• Product Launch & Cradle-to-Grave Experience
