Nothing motivates an individual to perform at their highest potential like knowing their hard work is appreciated.  Especially around the holidays, give a little reminder to your employees as to why they chose to work for your organization, and why they should stay.  You may think your employees know how grateful you are for their work, but they may have no idea.  A little thank-you gesture can go a long way!
