It seems as though some forget that the holiday season spans around six weeks, which is valuable time to be job searching, according to Casserly. Networking and job searching over the holidays is said to be the most beneficial, as employers and potential mentors are in higher, more charitable spirits. Kathy Harris, a managing director at Harris Allied, added insight on job searching over the holiday season, adding “It’s smart, it really is.
