Steel utilities industry leader actively seeks a Manufacturing Manager.  The incumbent Manufacturing Manager will play a pivotal role in the plant’s multi-shift operation.  This role has responsibility for ensuring high productivity throughout the fabrication, finishing, and shipping stages for all manufactured products.  Additionally, this role carries responsibility for the maintenance of the department’s equipment, safety of all shift employees, and the quality of the products produced.  Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management; 5+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; high level of interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities; successful leadership in a quality, lean manufacturing, environment; and experience and understanding of welding, fabrication, and assembly operations.
