· Drive growth in the TOP sales territory nationally

· Charged with hunting business opportunities within new end-user markets

· Increasing market share within existing customer segments

· Develop and execute on strategic business plans

· Meet with clients from the manufacturing floor through the C-Suite to evaluate current manufacturing processes

· Present custom engineered solutions

· Demonstrate strong closing skills to win new business

· Position requires approximately 75% travel


· Demonstrated Record of Success as a Sales Hunter

· Solution Sales Success

· Experience Calling at the C-Level

· Industry Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Automation a Plus

· Effective Time and Territory Management Skills

· Values Honesty, Integrity, and Team Work;

· Self-Motivated

· Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
