This position carries responsibility for leading and guiding the execution of sales strategies and tactics for a team within the company’s retail business. This person will be charged with managing short and long term strategic planning, budgeting and sales forecasting. Growing this company’s sales into big box, co-op and independent chain distribution as well as developing and executing the retail strategy will define success in this role. Executive promotion opportunities are within reach at this level. This position will require up to 25% travel throughout the U.S.
