Where are you from? Juliette is from Barbados!
Position: Juliette is the Business Manager, but also does some sourcing for the company.
Education:  After attending Brooklyn Technical High School in Brooklyn, NY, Juliette attended the Air Force School of Logistics, where she studied Procurement and Contract Administration.
What is your favorite thing about recruiting? Juliette enjoys the Business Manager aspect.  She runs the office and makes sure things run smoothly so the recruiters can focus on their jobs.  Recruiters need the internet and phones, and if anything ever goes wrong Juliette knows how to get them up and running.
What are your favorite jobs to recruit for? Juliette’s favorite search was a job in the Agricultural field– it was a very specific search and difficult, but she enjoyed and welcomed the challenge.
What have you gained from working at Rowland Mountain? Juliette has gained knowledge in many different areas.  The past six months have been filled with exciting changes here at Rowland Mountain, and Juliette has been able to learn all new aspects as they emerged and has assisted in making the transition smooth for the employees.  She has learned a lot about software and IT in the process!
What do you enjoy doing during your free time? Juliette loves to read Science Fiction and inspirational books, watching movies (comedies and drama movies are her favorites: She loves Forrest Gump, A Few Good Men, and Taps especially), and also loves to play Scrabble and Words with Friends on her iPhone.
Interesting/fun fact about yourself: Juliette served in the US Air Force for 4 years!
