Education: Chris is currently a student at Georgia State University, in pursuit of a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance.
What is your favorite thing about recruiting?  Chris enjoys the process of putting people in the pipeline and seeing them through to the interview process.  He is able to observe the whole process since he is involved in the sourcing stages, and likes to be able to see the whole process through.  Learning about companies through the hiring managers also sparks Chris’s interest considering his Finance background.
What are your favorite jobs to recruit for?  Chris has enjoyed recruiting for a Controller position since it involves a financial background that he is more familiar with.
What have you gained from working at Rowland Mountain?  Chris has gained office experience that he was missing from his previous retail job.  He also has learned about the recruiting industry, as well as knowledge of his team’s “niche”– electrical distribution and manufacturing industry.
What do you enjoy doing during your free time? Chris enjoys watching TV– especially sports and CNBC.  He also spends time with his family.  He has a big family and he goes home usually every other week.
Interesting/fun fact about yourself: Chris is the oldest of 7 siblings!
