Getting Done What You Don’t Like Doing

On a laundry list of tasks to get done, there is, without a doubt, at least a few that you are not particularly excited about getting to.  Those are the ones that linger on and stack up.  The article, “Our Favorite Way to Get Our Least Favorite Work Done,” by Erin Greenawald offers up a smart way to get these tasks out of the way.
That’s right. Find a colleague that is capable of doing your work (and you theirs) and offer an exchange of tasks.  This is a great way to shake things up and get a fresh perspective on a certain problem item and in the end everyone wins!
