Be the Boss that Everyone Wants to Work For

Let’s admit it– Employees always want to work hardest for a boss they enjoy working for.  And while being best friends with your direct reports isn’t the best way to accomplish business, there are other ways to become a better boss.
Specifically, if your organization is smaller and entrepreneurial, it is of utmost importance that the normally limited amount of workers you employ feel as though their boss is a consummate professional, encouraging them to reach to their highest potential.
