Rowland Mountain is excited to welcome our new Research Intern, Lindsay Schaaf! She has only been working for Rowland Mountain for a little over a month, and is continuing to train and learn as time goes on. We have asked her to answer a few short questions:
What’s your favorite thing about your experience so far? I have gotten to learn so many different things: about different industries and jobs, and products I didn’t even know existed.
What was your biggest fear coming into the position? Definitely my lack of business knowledge
What would you reccomend to a new intern? Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and make mistakes. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
