The Search Associate will learn the business, strategy in professional recruiting, and build relationships with the goal of developing successfully into a Search Executive. This includes meeting with clients and candidates face to face in your office and sometimes in theirs but mostly dealing with them over the phone; develop your own new clients and clearly identify what they will hire for a specific job opening; work with existing RMA clients and associates in a fast pace team atmosphere to help fill multiple, immediate openings we have across the country; listen and learn quickly to what is needed and what matters most to clients, candidates and associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate Development
 Perform Bullhorn database searches, pipeline qualified candidates, send email and create tasks accordingly.
 Source candidates through direct phone contact and internet research.
 Conduct verification calls to ensure accuracy of phone numbers and email addresses.
 Master internet tools for the purpose of recruiting candidates.
 Use social media (blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, etc.) to attract and identify candidates.
 Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate experience and performance relative to search assignment specifications.
 Complete accurate and detailed candidate profiles in Bullhorn.
 Evaluate, screen and qualify responses to advertising.
 Conduct reference checks.
 Present highly qualified candidates to Search Executives for open search assignments.
Business Development
 Obtain qualified leads and appropriate company and contact information while performing all recruiting activities.
 In the case where there is not a Research Associate:
o Conduct market segment research to build prospect lists inside assigned niche.
o Complete accurate and detailed company and contact profiles in Bullhorn.
o Track advertised positions within specific companies and niche areas.
o Develop focused company lists as assigned.
o Coordinate e-marketing efforts.
Search Process
 Facilitate the search process as requested by Search Executive. This will include but is not limited to:
o Presenting opportunities to candidates
o Presenting candidates to clients
o Conducting and/or scheduling preps and debriefs
o Making travel arrangements
o Confirming interviews
 In the case where there is not a Research Associate:
o Complete Research Road Map for every active search assigned.
o Drive Recruiting Plan for every search assigned.
o Create blind and non-blind job presentations for all new searches.
o Bullhorn pipeline management for every search assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven Sales Success in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Great Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
  • Previous Recruiting Experience is a Plus
  • Ability to Work Independently and in Team Environment
