Responsibilities include…

• Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management strategy in accordance with corporate business plan, and customer requirements.
• Reduce waste and cost
• Implement quality training program for all company personal
• Ensure quality manufacturing process efficiency

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (plus MBA preferred)
• 10+ years plastics manufacturing
• 7+ years multi-plant leadership
