Responsibilities

This position has overall responsibility for aligning plans to meet marketing strategy to ensure revenue generation. This person will provide oversight for project activities and communicate with all departments. Individual must be highly creative in programs, promotions and must be able to motivate and lead a team. The position is located in the Midwest and will require 20-30% travel.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Tactical Marketing Experience

• 1+ Years Leadership Experience (3-4 direct reports)

• OEM (Selling through dealers – retail experience a plus)

• Highly Creative In Creating Marketing Promotions

• Agriculture or Equipment Background (or related experience)

• Strong Communication Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
