Education: Stephanie graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.  She also studied abroad during highschool in Spain!
What is your favorite thing about recruiting? Stephanie enjoys connecting with people in the marketplace, as well as learning about the building products industry.  She also finds researching the “connecting dots” between client needs and candidate skill sets to be enjoyable.
What are your favorite jobs to recruit for? Stephanie enjoys recruiting for sales jobs because of matching personalities– She has a background in sales and enjoys being able to connect with people from a similar background.
What have you gained from working at Rowland Mountain? Stephanie has gained a lot of experience in learning about both the recruiting industry as well as the building products industry- two industries Stephanie knew nothing about prior to her experience at RMA.  Stephanie credits the RMA process for her new knowledge.
What do you enjoy doing during your free time? Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling (especially to the beach), shopping, and exercising.
Interesting/fun fact about yourself: Stephanie is double-jointed in her left thumb!
