Please help us by making a donation towards the 2026 Russ Mountain Memorial Scholarship!

Thanks to our generous donors, we have already awarded 2 scholarships to students planning to build a career in the recruiting and talent acquisition. Last year, we awarded a $7,500 scholarship to a student attending the University of Connecticut and in 2024, we awarded a $10,000 to a student attending the University of Kentucky.

This schoalrship will be an investment in students who share a financial need, a passion for the business, and aligned are with the BEST value system (Believe – Effort -Structure – Total Commitment) that Russ believed in and instilled in so many who are in TA and executive search today!
