- Understand the account and develop products and services to meet the clients’ goals and objectives.
- Spending time in the customer plant in order to understand what works and what does not, as well as connecting with employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBApreferred)
- 5+ Years Sales Experience
- Track Record of Success Calling on Large Accounts
- Previous Experience in Strategic Business Development
- Excellent Communication Skills
