Well-established industrial manufacturer of fittings, valves, flanges, pipes, and other finished metal products, actively seeks a Director of Operations.  This position has overall responsibility for leading 12 direct reports in managing manufacturing and distribution operations for a manufacturing facility in addition to three other distribution facilities across the US.  Additionally, they will be responsible for improving performance metrics, working closely with the Director of Logistics and Plant Manager to implement effective process improvements, developing/improving communication and cooperation, and budgeting.  Ideal candidates will possess a college degree; 10+ years distribution and manufacturing experience in small finished metal products; 5+ years experience managing supply chain, packaging, and manufacturing managers in multiple geographic locations; 5+ years experience managing multiple distribution centers; 3+ years experience implementing successful and effective process improvements across multiple operational departments with minimal employee turnover; Six Sigma certification is a plus; and previous experience managing system integration projects is a plus as well.  This job is located in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area and requires approximately 5% travel.  If interested in this opportunity, please contact Dan Barna at 404-327-5205 or dbarna@www.rmasales.com.
