What is your favorite thing about recruiting? Katie enjoys the people the most.  She values the opportunity to talk to candidates and learn about their background, and how she can help them along their career path.
What are your favorite jobs to recruit for? Katie loves recruiting for marketing jobs with ambitious “up and comers” to place.
What have you gained from working at Rowland Mountain? Katie has learned how to have a professional phone presence and how to leave a professional voicemail (it’s harder than you think at first!).  She has also increased her business acumen and has learned from Rowland Mountain’s job approach.
What do you enjoy doing during your free time? Katie loves to read (she is currently reading The Hunger Games trilogy) and enjoys couponing.  She also enjoys hanging out with her husband, Curtis, and their dog Harvey.
Interesting/fun fact about yourself: Katie is a twin!
