Reflect on you day so far; how many things have made you laugh, feel thankful, or experience a sense of appreciation? Second question; how many things have irked you, frustrated you, or annoyed you so far today? From the moment you walked in the office, are you bombarded by more positive interactions or more negative ones? Consider taking a moment to think not about the economic capital or human capital of your organization, but instead the psychological capital that exists amongst the team.
