Tricia A. Mountain joined Rowland Mountain & Associates as Vice President in 1998. Her strengths in organizational development have helped RMA clients to strategically recruit and hire top talent from across the United States and Canada.

Tricia has proven her dedication to professional excellence with her numerous designations and awards. She earned a place in the Million Dollar Hall of Fame in 2004. She received the RMA “Outstanding Achievement Award” in 1999 and was recognized as a “Top Producer” by the Georgia Association of Personnel Services in 1999, 2000, 2003 and 2004. Tricia earned her Certified Personnel Consultant designation through the National Association of Personnel Services in 1999.

In 1989, Tricia began her career in professional placement at NPS of Atlanta, a temporary staffing agency. In just eight years, she rose through the ranks from recruiter to manager, and ultimately to vice president and general manager. Tricia presided over eight branch offices, 50 permanent employees and more than $18 million dollars in sales. Under her leadership, NPS was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the top 10 fastest-growing small businesses in Atlanta in 1996.
