The Plant Manager in conjunction with the General Manager will lead the initiative to open this new plant and assume overall plant leadership in safety, quality, organizational structure and financial responsibility. There are 5 direct reports and 50 overall employees of the plant. Responsibilities include tending to plant operations, planning and administrative duties as well as meeting with vendors, leading customer meetings. This opportunity is in a rural area of the Southeast and is a high-profile mill within the community. This position boasts high autonomy and an opportunity to make decisions having a large impact the organization.

– 5+ Years of Building Products Plant Experience
– 3+ Years Leadership Responsibilities
– OSHA Driving Safety Background
– 30 Hour OSHA Certification Preferred
