Responsibilities

This position has overall responsibility for driving revenue growth by leading the sales organization to achieve and support long range objectives. This person will cultivate customer relationships at the C-Level while coaching the sales team to top performance. The position is located in the Midwest and will require 30-40% travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years Sales Management Experience

• Proven track record of Sales Leadership at the C-Level

• Consultative Selling Experience

• Agriculture or Equipment background or related experience
